• If your looking for a physician but don’t know where he or she is practicing just enter their name and click search.
• If you want a list of all the listed professionals in a Zip Code enter the Zip Code and click search.
• If you want all the listed dentists with the last name of Swartz, fill in the last name and select dentists and click search.
